Everything you need to know about the Xanton Gardens

Eight years ago, Ludovic fell under the spell of this 1847 house, the largest farm in the village. He undertook its renovation and transformed it into an authentic and charming guesthouse.

The building's decor combines antique and contemporary pieces, furniture, objects, and paintings, some of which recall your host's travels.

When you stay at Les Jardins de Xanton, you'll have the opportunity to relax in the large living room, on the sofa by the fireplace, or sit in the large dining room, which also hosts your breakfasts and meals. A library, with a reading corner and a lovely view of the countryside, will also be at your disposal.

Enjoy the outdoor spaces

In fine weather, the outdoor areas of your accommodation are the perfect place to relax: you'll sleep in guest rooms with a swimming pool near the Marais Poitevin! The 7,000m² of land are divided into several areas: a fragrant garden, an orchard, a landscaped garden, and more.

To indulge in a few moments of relaxation or lazing around, you can sit on the 90m² terrace or by the swimming pool. The 9x4.5m pool is surrounded by deckchairs, parasols, and a side table. The heated pool is open 24/7, from April 15th until the end of the season.

Eat at the Table d’Hôtes

After a day enjoying the pool or exploring the region, sit down at the Table d’Hôtes des Jardins de Xanton. Any evening of the year, by booking at least 24 hours in advance, enjoy delicious local produce: from field to plate!

The menu consists of a starter, a main course, and a dessert, with a glass of wine. The menus are varied and the dishes eclectic: we cook according to your inspiration. You can consult the wine list upon request.

Appreciate all the little attentions

A wide range of services are available to you throughout your stay at our guesthouse. Enjoy, among other things, free parking on site, a bike storage, fiberglass Wi-Fi connection, and mountain bike rental for adults.

Breakfast will be served between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. on the terrace or in the dining room. Typically French, it consists of pastries, Vendée brioche, fruit, fruit juice, homemade jams and yogurts. Breakfast is included in your reservation.

Make a professional stopover at the Jardins de Xanton

In addition to being a perfect base for tourist stays, our guesthouse with overnight stay near the Marais Poitevin is ideal for business trips. The package includes an overnight stay in one of our rooms, dinner meal, and breakfast.

We welcome business travelers from Monday to Thursday evening, all year round, except July and August. Your room will be equipped to allow you to rest, but also to continue working: comfortable bed, desk, Wi-Fi connection, and much more.
